While our primary focus has always been bookkeeping services, we have also provided additional services based on client requests. For example, one real estate investor entrusted Cutler Bookkeeping to manage tenant relations for their 41 rental properties in the Denver, CO metro area. Our comprehensive tenant relations services included rent collection, addressing maintenance problems, conducting unit showings, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Notably, some of these properties were commercial units. Additionally, we assisted a mud jacking client by typing up and sending quotes to prospective new clients, demonstrating our versatility and commitment to our clients’ diverse needs.

Denise Cutler
Denise embarked on her bookkeeping career in 2003 with Fidelity Accounting Services, where she efficiently managed Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll processing, and bank statement reconciliations for numerous clients. Demonstrating her commitment to professional growth, Denise obtained her Professional Bookkeeper Certificate in 2006 while contributing her expertise to Northern Electric. At Northern Electric, she oversaw the weekly payroll processing for a workforce exceeding 300 employees. In 2009, just prior to the arrival of her second child, Denise made the bold decision to co-found Cutler Bookkeeping, cementing her position as a pioneering force in the company's inception.

Sam Cutler
Sam, a co-founder, played a pivotal role in the establishment of Cutler Bookkeeping, driven by the desire to create a flexible work environment conducive to the needs of their growing family. With prior experience in various management positions, Sam served as President and operator of a public water utility, ensuring adherence to stringent state regulations. Additionally, Sam's background as a pilot for a major US airline brings invaluable business acumen to the table, facilitating the meticulous oversight of company affairs. Leveraging insights gained from his tenure in airline management, Sam adeptly assists clients in navigating day-to-day operations, thereby enhancing the scope of services offered by Cutler Bookkeeping.
